6.8 The Promoter is not responsible for any prize once it has been delivered, collected, or transferred to the winner, except where required by law.

7. Winners
7.1 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
7.2 The winner may be announced during a live draw, on the Website, by email, and/or on the Promoter’s social media channels.
7.3 The Promoter will contact the winner using the telephone number or email address provided with the entry.
7.4 If the winner cannot be contacted, is unavailable, fails to provide required information, or fails to claim the prize within 21 days of notification, the Promoter may offer the prize to an alternative winner selected at random from eligible entries.
7.5 The alternative winner will also have 21 days from notification to claim the prize. This process may continue until a winner accepts the prize.
7.6 The Promoter must either publish or make available information showing that a valid award took place. This will usually be the winner’s surname and county.
7.7 If an entrant objects to their surname or county being published or made available, they must contact [email protected] before the closing date. The Promoter may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
8. Claiming the Prize

8.6 Failure to provide requested bank details, identity checks, or eligibility information within 14 days may result in disqualification and the prize being offered to an alternative winner.
8.7 The Promoter is not responsible and will not compensate the winner if the winner is unable or unwilling to accept or use the prize.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, the Promoter and its agents or distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering a competition or accepting a prize.
9.3 The winner’s statutory rights are not affected.

10.4 Publicity participation is not compulsory. If you do not wish to participate in publicity, contact [email protected] before the closing date.
10.5 Refusing publicity will not affect your chances of winning. However, the Promoter may still publish or make available limited winner information, such as surname and county, or provide it to the Advertising Standards Authority where required.
10.6 If you ask the Promoter to delete or stop using your personal data before the draw or before prize fulfilment, the Promoter may be unable to process your entry, contact you, verify your eligibility, or award the prize. In such circumstances, you may be treated as having withdrawn from the competition and no refund will be given.
